Who is Sheree Mua?
Sheree Mua is a professional makeup and hair artist who specializes in services for a variety of events, including weddings, photo shoots, proms, and other special occasions.
Do you charge a travel fee?
I do have a small travel fee that is based off of mileage. Its $.67 per mile, both ways.
How do I book services?
To book Sheree Mua for your wedding/event, please contact us with the date, location of your event, services interested in and how many people will be receiving services. Please note that a signed contract and a deposit are required to reserve your date. The date is not held until a contract and deposit are received.
When should I schedule my bridal trial?
I suggest scheduling your bridal trial two months before your wedding date. I will reach out four months before your event to get that scheduled for you.
How do I pay for services?
I will send you an invoice, from there you can pay with card. I also offer payment through paypal and venmo.
What Makeup do you use?
I use many different prestige and professional grade products in my professional kit. Some of the makeup brands I carry are Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Dior, Ben Nye, Makeup by Mario and Sonia Roselli. Some of the hair brands I keep in my kit are Kenra, Amika, Paul Mitchell and much more. I carry a variety of products that cater to different skin types, colors, textures and ethnicities.
Do I need a second Artist?
I can supply makeup services for up to 8 people. Anything above that requires an additional artist.
How far in advance should I book an appointment with Sheree Mua?​
We recommend booking an appointment with Sheree Mua as soon as possible to ensure that your desired date is available.
What if someone wants to get their makeup done on my wedding day that was not originally signed up to receive services?
If we have any additional time or can make it work, we can absolutely do our best to accommodate an additional service and payment will be take via Venmo.
What if someone drops out of services on my wedding day, do I still have to pay?
If someone drops out of services, that payment is still owed, per contractual agreement. We highly suggest asking if anyone else in your family or any of your friends, if they would be interested in taking the replacement for services. That way the service is still getting used since payment cannot be reimbursed.
What happens if someone else wants to sign the contract for my preferred date?​
If someone else signs the contract for your preferred date, then that date will be reserved for them. We recommend that you sign the contract and make the deposit as soon as possible to ensure your preferred date is reserved.
Can I book a trial before committing to Sheree Mua's services?
Yes, you can book a makeup and hair trial before committing to our services. However, please note that your date is not guaranteed until you sign a contract with us.
Do you travel?
Yes! I am an onsite makeup artist and usually always travel to my clients.
Does Sheree Mua offer makeup lessons?​
